Inventory Management
Our Project Management Team will work closely with your procurement group in the receipt of your hardware into our inventory management system. Once received and validated, our team will manage equipment cycles, provide real time inventory reports, track product by serial and/or part number and respond to immediate orders. Also, our team will manage all DOAs and RMAs directly with the OEMs.
Procurement
Worldlink can work with you in the acquisition tasks associated with any specific initiative. This can be done by utilizing our team as a procurement arm to buy products and other associated items off of pre-negotiated blanket purchase orders established in advance. By allowing our team to perform this function, you can hold one entity accountable for all aspects of the supply-chain functions that are required by a specific project or long-term program
Freight Coordination
Worldlink has relationships with a number of regional, national and international freight companies. Relationships with these groups provide freight price breaks, local warehousing and real-time delivery of shipments as needed. We can also coordinate with your preferred freight company. When utilizing your freight company we can use the account directly while still managing the entire process.
