Move/add/change (MAC)
Worldlink on a pre-scheduled basis will visit the required locations to perform the requested services. These information technology services can be completed on an agreed upon fixed price rate or on a time and materials basis. Clients would enter the request into our web-based service portal or other agreed upon platforms.
Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Worldlink can support your ongoing IT maintenance service requirements via an agreed upon SLA basis. This would include the requested response time and associated pricing. These agreements can be annual, monthly or per request; dependent upon each client’s needs. Clients would enter the request into our web-based service portal or other agreed upon platforms.
Preventative Maintenance (PM)
Worldlink can provide system maintenance services to extend the life of your equipment; as well as reduce reactive service requests which can result in increased service costs. Scheduling preventative IT system maintenance visits on a pre-determined basis to clean and maintain your equipment can reduce failures requiring immediate service at a higher service rate.
Depot Maintenance
Worldlink provides depot maintenance for all aspects of your business. We maintain an active inventory for all related equipment; coordinate shipping schedules based upon onsite requirements and provide information when the inventory falls below agreed upon min/max levels. In addition, Worldlink will coordinate any DOA or RMA product directly with the OEM. In most major metros, Worldlink can establish local or regional inventory to provide for same-day delivery if required.
