Providing the retailer the ability to compare sales data and monitor conversion performance while allowing them the ability to staff accordingly. People Counting systems operate using one of the following: video (standard IT Security Solution), beam counting, or thermal sensors.

- Project Management – Engage single point of contact for all aspects of the project, interface with all required parties, assist client in determining project requirements such as scope and schedule
- Staging & System Integration – Coordinate acquisition of required hardware, manage inventory, kit and integrate as required, software loads
- Logistics Management – Provide just in time delivery to each location to minimize impact to business
- Site Survey – Conduct pre-installation site survey to determine: counting device type, location and available pathways, connectivity requirements (wired, wireless), environment (available space, access issues)
- Cabling Infrastructure – Installation of all required: power and data cabling
- Equipment Installation – Installation of people counting devices, data collector, system interface, on-site configuration of equipment as required
- Test and Turn-up – Work closely with client and solution provider to confirm required connectivity and operability including test counts
- Maintenance – Provide post installation maintenance of hardware and cabling: reactive services, preventative maintenance, SLA, parts depot
