A large EMS provider in the US needed to improve their ability to react to issues at client thousands of client locations across the country. (Consisting of dozens of retail/restaurant chains.) They required rapid onsite dispatch and management of a trained group of technicians.
Worldlink established a training course and certification for its network of technicians to access and become eligible to support the EMS provider and their clients. An online portal was provided, allowing the EMS provider to easily open tickets. Worldlink managed the process through completion, notifying the EMS provider of the progress via the portal and customized email alerts, and bridged a call to clear the systems with everyone before technician departure.
