A mall-based specialty retailer needed assistance with their POS system, which was running abnormally slow in some locations.

Worldlink surveyed all store locations and determined that the slow performing POS systems had 1/2 as much Memory installed as the others. We sourced the memory, managed the shipment to the stores, sent techs to visit the stores before opening, and upgraded their memory. In doing so, we were able to maximize the utility of the systems prior to the start of the holiday season and  make it possible for the Store Personnel to be as productive as possible in converting sales.
