A large specialty retail clothing company needed a technology deployment partner with the knowledge and ability to successfully implement the solutions necessary to open new store locations.

- cabling visit (4-35 cables, depending on store set up)
- POS set-up visit (2-4 POS per site)
- work with construction and networking groups to coordinate from HQ
- work with GC, landlord and other trades to coordinate onsite work
- employ union trades as needed
- provide local permits/inspection visits as needed
- take part in weekly activity meetings throughout 2011
